1. Warranties

All of the products sold by Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. carry only the manufacturer’s warranty and are the sole responsibility of the manufacture. Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. offers no warranty either expressed or implied on any of the products that they sell. In the event that there is an issue covered by the manufacturer, the customer is solely responsible for any costs that are incurred.

2. Shipping Polices


• All orders will be shipped via Greyhound Courier Express collect unless otherwise specified.
• All freight charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be added to all orders.
• In the event that it is necessary to reship an item it will be sent via ground through a carrier of our choice.
• Please inspect all shipments that you receive and take up any damage claim with the freight carrier directly. Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. releases all responsibility for any damage incurred once the shipment has left our facility.
• We do not offer COD shipments at this time.
• We do not guarantee any freight quotes that our sales staff supplies. They are to be considered estimates only and may change at the time of delivery.


3. Return Policy

If for any reason it is necessary to return an item, please contact us by phone to advise us of the situation. We need to be notified of all returns within 20 days of there original date of purchase. If the item you wish to return was a special order item a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be applied. You will be required to fill out a Return Goods Authorization Form¹ and obtain a copy of the original invoice to send back with the merchandise. All returns must be shipped prepaid. If the shipment is sent collect it will be declined and sent back to the customer at their expense. We strongly recommend getting insurance on the package and shipping with a carrier that provides a tracking number.

4. Pickup Orders

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer public access to our facility and thus cannot allow customer pickups. Sorry.

5. System Outages

Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. will periodically schedule system downtime for maintenance and other purposes because we want the Site to be available for you as much as possible. In addition, unplanned system outages may occur. Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. shall have no liability whatsoever for the resulting unavailability of the Site or for any loss of data or transactions caused by planned or unplanned system outages or the resultant delay, incorrectly delivered, or non delivered information caused by such system outages. Also, we shall not have any responsibility for any third party acts or any other outages of web host providers or the Internet infrastructure and network.

6. Shortages

Please be sure to carefully check all of your orders upon receipt. If there are any errors they must be reported within 10 days of delivery. If you receive any packages that have visible damage make sure that it has been clearly noted on the waybill because you may need to file a claim with the freight carrier. Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. releases all liability once the shipment has left our facility.

7. Purchase and Product Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, an error in pricing, a photo being slightly off, or product information or otherwise, Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the User's credit card charged. If the User's credit card has already been charged for the purchase and his/her order is canceled, Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd. shall issue a credit to the User's credit card account in the amount of the charge.

8. Intellectual Property

The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, audio clips, video, photographs, software, and other information (the "Content") is the property of Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd., and is protected by federal and international copyright and trademark laws, or other proprietary rights. These rights are protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. You may print and download portions of the Content from the different areas of the Site solely for your personal non-commercial use. No portion of the Content may be reprinted, republished, modified, or distributed in any form without the express written permission of Epic Car Wash Supply Ltd.
