How long does it take for my order to ship out?
If all of the items are in stock and the order was placed prior to 1:00pm we will try to ship it out the same day. If the order was placed after 1:00pm then it will usually ship on the next business day. If you order an item that is out of stock, the sales team will contact you once the order has been processed with an approximate arrival date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Money order or bank draft
- Cheque (Please note the order will not ship until the cheque has cleared the bank.)
How do I create an online account?
To create an online account all that you need to do is click on the "sign in" button in the left hand menu bar. Then click the "Create New Account" link on the right hand side of the screen.
Can I pick my order up?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer public access to our facility and thus cannot allow customer pickups. Sorry.
Can I fax in my order?
Yes, you can print off a copy of our fax order form here1 and fax it to 1.877.687.3742 once it is completed.
My carwash is down and I need a part right away, can you help?
Absolutely, we will try our best to ship your parts out as fast as possible to get your carwash back up and running. The best way to handle an emergency order is to contact us by phone at 604.357.3500 and then we can immediately arrange to have your parts shipped on a same-day or next-day service.
Your website isn’t working, why won’t it let me place an order?
Please be sure that you have cookies enabled. If they are blocked this site may not function correctly. Also we recommend using one of the following browsers for best usability: Mozilla Firefox 2.00, Opera 9.24, or Internet Explorer 7. Have your resolution set to 1024 x 768. If your settings are correct it is possible that there could be an issue with our system. If you can spare a minute type out a quick overview of your problem and send it too webmaster@epiccarwashsupply.com
Will I get mailed a copy of the receipt/invoice?
Our standard policy is to allow you to print off a copy of the paid invoice once you have completed the checkout procedure and to include a paper copy of the same invoice in with the shipment. If your company requires that a separate invoice be mailed please let us know in the comments box at the checkout and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate you.
I need to send a part back to you, what do I do?
The first thing we need you to do is get in touch with us either via phone at 604.357.3500 or email websales@epiccarwashsuppy.com. We will address your concern and give you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Then all you have to do is complete this RGA Form1 and then send the part back to us. We try to make this process as painless as possible but please do not send items back without an RGA number. Your understanding in this matter is much appreciated.
